Here’s a simple and tasty recipe for a chicken burger:
Ingredients
For the Chicken Patty
500g minced chicken
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
1/4 cup fresh coriander or parsley, chopped
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
Make the Chicken Patty
In a large bowl, mix minced chicken, onion, garlic, chili, coriander, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, and lemon juice.
Combine thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and holds together.
Divide the mixture into four portions and shape each portion into a patty.
Cook the Patties
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Cook each patty for about 4–5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Toast the Buns
Lightly toast the burger buns on a hot pan or grill for a few seconds until golden.
Assemble the Burger
Spread mayonnaise or your favorite sauce on the bottom half of the bun.
Add a lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked chicken patty.
Top with tomato slices, onion rings, and cheese (if using).
Drizzle with ketchup or sauce, then cover with the top half of the bun.
