Cold coffee

1 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy, such as almond milk)
1 tablespoon of sugar (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
Ice cubes
Instructions
Brew two shots of strong coffee and let it cool. If using instant coffee, mix it with a little water to create a paste.
In a large glass, combine the cooled coffee and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.Add milk to the coffee mixture and stir well.
Add vanilla extract (optional): If using vanilla extract, add it to the mixture and stir well.
Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the chilled coffee mixture over the ice.
Stir the coffee well and serve immediately.
